terms of service

ping4utdr is a discord bot that shares credited undertale and deltarune fan art, so you ping it with a character or a ship and it sends you a piece of art with who made it and a link back to the original post. people can also send in links to fan art, and the volunteer mods look at everything before it ever shows up. if you add the bot to a server or use it, you're agreeing to these terms, and if you don't agree that's totally fine, just don't use it.

who can use it

you have to be allowed to use discord, which means following discord's terms of service and community guidelines and being old enough for discord where you live. if you're a server admin and you add the bot, how it's set up in your server is on you.

submitting art

only send links to undertale or deltarune fan art and fan fiction that was posted publicly, and please no sexual or explicit stuff, no gore, and nothing that breaks discord's rules. artists whose work is nsfw get blocked from the bot completely. don't send reposts that hide or get wrong who actually made the art, and link the artist's own post whenever you can.

sending a link doesn't make you or the bot the owner of that art in any way, and the mods decide what gets accepted, so they can reject anything for any reason.

artists' rights

all the art and writing the bot shows belongs to whoever made it, and the bot always credits the artist and links the original post and never claims it owns anything. if you're an artist and you don't want your work in the bot, you can use /p4ud optout to take everything of yours out yourself, or just contact me (my info is at the bottom) and i'll take it down and keep it out. i get to these as fast as i can.

don't be weird with it

don't use the bot to spam requests or submissions or reports, and don't misuse the report button. don't use it to harass or threaten or go after anyone, and that includes artists. don't try to break it or overload it or scrape it or get around its limits and moderation, and obviously don't use it to break the law or discord's rules.

moderation and bans

the mods can take down any post, block any artist, and ban anyone from using the bot in every server if they break these terms or abuse the bot. when someone gets banned their waiting submissions and open reports get closed too. if you think you got banned by mistake, contact me and i'll look at it.

donations

the bot is free, and there's a ko-fi link if you want to help with hosting, but it's completely optional and it doesn't get you any features or priority or special treatment.

no guarantees

this is a hobby project and it's provided "as is", so it might go offline or change or stop at any time, and art can disappear when artists delete it or ask for it to be taken out. as far as the law allows, the people running ping4utdr aren't liable for any loss or damage from using it, or from stuff other people posted.

not affiliated

ping4utdr is a fan project and it's not affiliated with or endorsed by toby fox, undertale, deltarune or discord. their names and trademarks belong to them.

changes

these terms might get updated, and the date at the top always shows the latest version. if you keep using the bot after a change, that means you're ok with the new terms. how your data gets handled is all in the privacy policy.
